Anna's WW journey

brilliant loss anna, it was probably the plastic food that helped !!

Well done :)

It's been good to get back to normal today with the new term having started. My toddler was soooo excited to be back at pre school, it was lovely seeing him so happy to see the staff & his friends. I've not been sleeping too well recently so I went to bed this afternoon when my toddler had his nap (he loved it as I put him in bed with me) and it's done me the world of good. I was so tired my toddler woke me up, he over slept so I ended up with a 2.5 hour nap :D

I am trying to add more variety to my diet so got some different things when I went to Tesco this evening. I find it very easy to eat the same things week in week out so I thought I'd branch out a bit.

I've kept to my points today :)

glad you had a good day and caught up on your sleep. sounds like you both needed it.
my girls looking forward to going back to school-the seeing friends bit anyway

well done for keeping to your points - thats the hardest bit over with! :D keep up the fantastic work! xxx

Anna, as you may have noticed, its taken me a while to catch up on diaries.

My heart really went out to you before - and well done on the losses over the last couple of weeks.

Thats brilliant!! well done honey!!

Thank you :)

Thank you :)

I'm sure my daughter sees school as a purley social event, her teachers clearly think so :sigh: Toddler was full of it yesterday & asked to go to school this morning as well bless him. He only goes for 2 sessions a week but really enjoyes them :)

Thank you, it feels good to be back on track :)

Thank you :) Having so much support on here really has helped to carry me through & you can't put a value on that :) I don't think it will ever be easy but through the years it does become less hard at times but the gap will never be filled. I am lucky as I do have so much to be thankful for & that keeps you going as well.

I'm stuck in today waiting for a delivery from eBay, I bought one of these...

*BRAND NEW* ABDOMINAL EXERCISER-WITH BUILT IN HEAD REST on eBay, also Abdominal Exercisers, Fitness Accessories, Exercise Fitness, Sporting Goods (end time 10-Jan-09 21:17:40 GMT)

I had one years ago & it really worked so thought I'd add it to my exercise routine again as my tummy needs serious help! :)

So a day at home which means housework & lots of playing games & doing crafts with my toddler :D If it comes early we might brave the cold & go to the park for a run around.

Anna,
I have one of them they are bloody good, but i dont use mine, good luck and enjoy :)

Thank you :) I'm still waiting for it to be delivered but it is on the back of a van somewhere, close by hopefully

I've really got an attack of the munchies today (carbs) although I've not caved in but it's proving hard work.

I've exhausted my toddler with lots of games & as a result he has gone down for his nap over an hour early, he asked me if he could go to bed?! I wonder if he is going down with something as it's very unusual for him to ask for a nap especially an early one.

Trying to keep busy so I don't eat, thank goodness for minimins, always a good way to pass some time :D

Probably just exhausted if you have been playing rather than feeling unwell.

You sound like a proper, "mother earth" doing crafts and stuff with your kids. They are really lucky.

Enjoy your abs trainer when it arrives. They kill!!!

I'm sure you are right, he's still tired from all the excitment over the holiday & it was his frist session back in pre school yesterday.

Not sure I'm up to the mother earth standard  but I do enjoy things like crafts, baking, music time, reading & just getting on the floor & playing although my toddler rather enjoys helping with the housework & will ask to do it :8855: I do think I was born to be a mum, I love it! Children are so much fun if hard work at times. I'd like to go in to teaching but think I'd really be at home in Early Years so I'm rather undecided as what to do. I wont do anything until my toddler is in school full time anyway but whatever I do has to fit in with school hours.

hey Anna, how is the battle going with the munchies? Know how you feel - i'm not at home so unfortunately there are plenty of temptations i would never keep in my own house! :p

good luck fighting the cravings - you can do it :D just think of the WI next week - its worth it :) x

Hi Anna, just needed to bump you back up the ratings - you had the audacity to fall to page 3 - I ask you!!
:8855:I'm sorry ;)

It's all rather stressful again as the redundency meeting is today so the last few nights it's all we have been talking about. He wont get a decision today but will get a very clear idea as to what his chances are. He got almost no sleep last night bless him. I watched a documentary yesterday about people fighting to keep their homes, it could be us next week :(

Diet wise, I was sooooo off plan yesterday it was shameful. I really am an emotional eater & toppled back over the edge yesterday.

My WW at home pack was delivered yesterday although I've not had a chance to really look at it yet. When you open the box the first thought was 'is that it?' It will be interesting to read it all & see if I still have the same thoughts.

I really need to get in to a better head space, I feel soooo stressed all the time. Thank goodness for children I say as you have to keep going & be happy & full of beans & that does help.

I will try & do better diet wise today....

Morning Anna,
I hope all goes well today for your husband, its so so sad what is happening to all theses jobs.
My partner Steve has had no work since last week and its very worrying about rent and bills that need to be paid.
Good luck with today on the plan.
Keep your chin up xx

Sorry you are feeling down hun. Totally understandable. I wish you and hubby all the luck in the world today. I really hope his job is safe. Don't worry about being off plan..it's to be expected. I have my fingers crossed for you xxx

Hi Anna, good to see you back - and I will be sending as many positive vibes as possible today for your OH's job.

I watched that programme too....mortgage companies would rather keep you in your house remember - its a lot less hassle for them so don't be panicking about that as well. That programme was really harrowing though - enough to send shivers down anyone's spine.

Take care, lovely
