Nat how are you doing? Ya I have considered doing something like zumba but as you say it'll burn the calories we've consumed and I can only imagine that can't be good for you :-(
I love normal porridge! It's my fav but will defo not be having the sweet porridge again and I'm sure I have 6 pks....oatmeal all the way; -)
