Any carb will do!!!!!!

Heeeeeeelp!!! I don't know what's happened but all of a sudden I want carbs of any kind!! Why oh why after 6 days has this hit me? I've used my bran allowance today so can't make bran bread............. I've tried drinking water.......... Any suggestions? I reaaaaaly don't want to undo my great loss (7lbs today)

Will something sweet do? Have a yoghurt - even a Muller light if you need to. In extreme cases you are allowed an extra TB of oatbran as an 'tolerated' item - better than reaching for the biscuit barrel in any case! Raid the fridge, make a pancake (1 egg, 2 TB skimmed milk powder, some milk to get the right consistency, 'fry' gently like a galette - I only ever bother with one side!) Have a hot chocolate (1 ts reduced fat cocoa powder, 1 ts skimmed milk powder, make to a paste with skimmed milk and then add milk to fill cut, zap in microwave, sweeten to taste)
I'm sure you can find something dukan friendly!
 
Thanks A, I'm fed up with yogurt lol think I'm just having one of those days :( I'm hankering after pasta but think just because I has to use a laxative my body feels empty if that makes sense ?! Haha I can't make pancakes I'm hopeless so I've shoved in some Dukan cookies I'll have one to tide me over . Thanks for your quick reply xxx
 
The carb craving! Yes, I know how that feels when it overcomes me too! I found a great muffin recipe that helps, and I also bake the galettes to have them on hand, and to make them flat to use as wraps.
