Starlight would it be possible to have a stickie for Breastfeeding and Slimming World? There a abt 9 girls on the pregnancy and slimming world thread at the moment and we all said it would be good to have a follow on thread for us and future mums.

Would it be something you would consider?

Hello everyone,

I started Slimming world at the end of July after my little boy was born and have breastfed him all the way up until a few weeks ago. I have lost 2 1/2 stone and have been really enjoying the diet.

However, when I stopped breastfeeding even though I am still following the diet I have started gaining weight and struggling to get it off. Has anyone else found this and did it eventually settle down? :sigh:

It is really getting me down and I am now struggling thinking what is the point of this diet!
