Anyone else love their 1/3 superfree

(Sorry, can't do replies with quotes at the moment - this is talking about the green cauliflower again.) I think they are so pretty = not sure whether they taste that much different, but they certainly look different. Hope you enjoy it

I have just roasted some cooked beetroot I diced it chunky with garlic chilli and rosemary and a good glug of red wine vinegar it was the shiz

I actually just got really excited because I was planning on having roast veg with tea, but realised I have carrots and brocolli in so I can have roast veg AND steamed veg!!! Happy days!

mmmm gorgeous.

Silly question but can't find it on syns online, but are red and white wine vinegar free? I have some white wine vinegar in which hasn't been opened as I didn't know if it was free or not.... have a few bottles of things like that actually

Yup, its free Donna. I couldn't cope without it! Other things like that which are free include worchestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, cider vinegar.

Fish sauce is not free but very low syn

Thank you, might play about with it tonight... no idea what to do with it now as not used it for so long but I'm sure I'll work something out.

I think I have some mirin in as well, but again no idea what to do with it or whether its free (I got right into cooking just before I joined slimming world)

Oh disappointed, its rice vinegar we have in, I bet my boyfriend got rid of the white wine vinegar when we weren't using it.

Balsamic works well if you have that not tried rice vinegar with veg tend to use it on my sushi rice only

And why sstop your love of cooking on sw sw has re ignited my passion for food and cooking and now I buy all my meat at butcher's n veg at grocers better quality same price as supermarkets and no temptation for other stuff its saving me a small fortune

Mirrin is not free as its a sweet wine

I haven't stopped cooking, I still love it, but a lot of my bottles got thrown to the back of the cupboard because I wasn't sure if I could use them or not
