i like to make a meatloaf with turkey mince soo simple and great for a red day
400/500g turkey mince
small box sage and onion stuffing
1 large egg
1 chicken oxo or turkey norr
bind together with hands leaving some texture of the meat then shape into a round and cook in oven in a casserole with lid till looks cooked i tend to leave it for a bout 1 hr on gas 7
absolutely gorgeous on sandwhiches with sweet picallilli to.
