thanks so much, you were right!I bet if you go straight back on-plan most or all of that will be gone by Thursday(Maybe do a few success express days?). It will be water-weight. Not easy to gain 3 lb of fat in a weekend, and waterweight is easy to lose if you start right away.

Hi everyone....thought this would be the best place for me to start...have been in the 9s most of my life until I changed medication and put on a stone. Now back down and weight bobs around 10.2 to 10.4..... Would love to see 9.10 for Christmas. Have such a terrible sweet tooth and eat because of boredom in the evenings :-( I'm hoping for support, inspiration and ideas! Xx

Well done for getting back down post holiday. My aim is also half a stone for Christmas. We can do itBack in the 10s after a holiday gain! I have no intention of leaving them any way but downwards! I'd love to lose another half stone by Christmas.
