We usually have starter, main, naan bread and dessert each, but we shared a starter, shared a paratha and had boiled rice. I scooped the meat out of the sauce instead of just throwing it all on and we didn't have dessert. OH even ate my chocolate that you get when you pay (not sure how I feel about that lol) but he said he didn't want me to ruin about 9 days with no chocolate. I haven't really had any syns since I've been back on plan, so I'm sure it shouldn't affect me too much

My name is Tracy, i have been on here before but I went of the rails for a couple of months and pretty much ate my body weight in chocolate!
BUT I am back on track and surprisingly the damage was not at bad as I thought!

I didn't drink at the weekend, it was even my nephews 1st birthday on Sunday and at his party I didn't eat anything from the buffet and no birthday cake!!
