I've picked my target based on where I was in my early 20's, yoyoing between 10-11st (was 16st in my teens). At the time I always wanted to lose more and was constantly dieting and exercising like mad but never got any lower than 10st. Over the years and with the big weight gain, I've come to realise that I'm probably just not built to be thin so I've decided to aim for an achievable target that I'll have a chance at maintaining. I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't love to see a 9 on the scales but maintaining a consistent weight has to be my main objective. Now to work out how to do that
