Hi all...nice to see this thread that i started way back when- is still going strong...I fell bt wayside, went off and am back...New year has to be New me.. Im not sure what my weight is but Im prob 20 stone plus...If Im not yet in the range of this forum when I weigh in on the 1st of jan,I will hope to be back here soon...Good luck all...

Hi all have joined online today weighing 19st 10lbs feeling disappointed in myself for letting myself go so much but hopeful for 2013! Lets do this!

Lost 4.5lb last week, and 1.5lb this week, now my lowest weight in 5 years, and JUUUUUST in the bottom end of the 19s. Am challenging myself to be in the 18s by Easter
