Basically I am no further forward in dropping the greedy hat. I am like a hungry hippo except i am not even hungry when doing it. Star week and over eating has taken its toll. Funny cos I remember writing this same post last Monday. I need to climb out of the rut.
What do you guys do at night? I find myself relaxing with book or if its telly too, I feel I need to eat junk...yes I don't but I need to break the cycle. I know once I break it I will be on my merry way. Low syn chocolate and treats won't help me this time as I can't stop at one....the battle of the junk has begun![]()
Hi all..hope you don't mind me joining as after my first full week of sw I've WI this morning and gone from the 10s to the high 9's and am looking forward to slimming down towards the 8s!

Sometimes I think I eat too much but when you write it down its mainly free food and hex b with protein. I make soup and eat fruit and yogurts. Also love Aldi Benefit bars and can have 2 as hex b. the choc orange ones are yummy. I usually have scrambled eggs for breakfast with brown bread. I do red days so have 2 hex! Eat meat and loads veg for dinner. Use fruit and yogurt for snacks. Have soup for lunch with some brown bread (either syn the brown bread or the benefit bars).
I love chocolate so have few squares of dark chocolate to satisfy any cravings.
Now when I write it down it doesn't seem like so much!
Thanks ladies. I think I forget that you can actually eat free foods and stick to my three meals per day and going by what your saying Donna I don't eat enough. I think It's just habit to be honest, times when I do it "just for". I had got out that situation for a while so know It's achievable.
Ok so today I have had an apple. I am planning on a muller with pineapple just shortly. Lunch is 50/50 bread with ham cheese and pickle so that's not very sw..tho the cheese is light and I have 30g on my sandwich. I have spag bol tonight for dinner. My weigh in is a Friday, do I do sw today and don't use syns since weekend was so bad or will I syn the bread today then keep syns to 5 til weigh in day?
Think I will go cold turkey Kim and will try do green or red days so I can have my healthy extra and will use my cereal bar as my "treat". Thanks ladies, I know it sounds confusing but if I can break the cycle I know I will be ok.
Will have look at lunch ideas on red days. I just want it all...which I can't have so I need to man up!!
Is it all of the benefit bars that are a HEB? I looked the other day but didn't pick any up as I wasn't sure which ones would be counted, how many cals are the HEB ones? I don't think I'll pick any up until the kellogs bars aren't on offer anymore but its worth knowing for when nothings on offer?
Donna, it's the 70 calories ones that are HEB ones. Very high in fibre 5.3g each.
