I've decided to give myself yet another challenge!!! Its 8 weeks until my *0th birthday & would love to be feeling as fit & healthy as I possible can & you all know love a challenge. So, I've set up a weekly diary on my signature to keep a record of it so you can , hopefully, see my progress. I will also measure myself today, in 4 weeks & then at the end. Ideally I would like to be at 8st 7lbs, but if Im not Im not too bothered about that, as long as there is progress in my fitness & shrinkage in the adipose department lol!
I intend to incorporate powerwalking, situps, Tabata & cycling into my week, but there can be no set regime as I do mainly nights & will just do what I can, when I can.......bring it on!
