I know that's what I'm thinking, but if its a cold day it will be the opposite... it's also given me the kick in the bum to try running without so much gear, my half marathon I had a camel pack on and a bumbag with my 2 gels and my camera in it. Def won't be taking my camera or phone as there are loads of photo's of people from last year falling over in it. Next year when I do that same half I'm going to see if I can shave a bit more time off by not taking anything but my gels with me (it will be easy at that one as they gave out proper bottles of water at the water stations rather then those little plastic cups of them)
Do you have soya all the time then? Does it go okay in drinks? I'm going to start trying to have it at least once or twice a week instead of my skimmed milk, just for the extra vit D (although hopefully I'll be getting more of that with the sun soon)
