Deb I totally agree with vicky its fantastic ive been listening for nearly 2 weeks and the difference is astonishing I can't believe it.

I was becoming so obsessed about food what to have when to have it it was really over whelming me.
But 2 weeks listening and I don't feel I'm thinking about food at all its really weird, but those thoughts have disappeared and I'm making such good choices not cause I feel I should but just cause I want to eat those foods.
Like last night my hubby was having a curly wurly and said you want one I'd got enough syns left to have one but I said no....i didn't keep thinking about it neither said no and that was that. usually if I say no I then have the thought of the choc bar in my head and it won't leave till I have eaten it.
Not sure if all that makes sense (crap at writing things down much better at talking ha ha )
The app was free on iPhone so sure it will be on Samsung too you got nothing to lose oh except lbs lol I'm down to 10.21/4 this morn !!
 
I av the samsung too. It does cost but it has helped me so much. Ive lost 11.5lb since starting it! Search easyloss in the playstore. You can buy individual tracks. If you just get track one that will do the trick. The whole lot is actually a virtual gastric band but the firat track is all about relationships with food and yourself!
Theres a session 1 normal and a session 1 bedtime. I use both. Usually listen to normal in a mornimg then go to sleep with earphonea in at night x

is it 2.99? by guy called darren? dont want to buy wrong one x

Bathrooms all cleaned, didn't take me as long as I thought, so going to have a bit of a relax before work I think (not eating hasn't worked out, already snacked on some potatoes ham and a pear :/
 
I just took my measurements!! I took loads, all based on a figure drawing I found online so I have the image to look back on to check exactly where I measured.

Next measurements will be in a month :)

I have so much I need to do today but dont think I can be bothered!
 
Welcome back Deb & thanks for your lovely comment, glad you had a good time. We all make naughty food choices, but its getting back to SW that is most important. So far I've had 2 weekends on the bounce off plan & this weekend is off plan again, but Monday comes & my SW 'hat' is back on again!

Donna, get some Compeed for that blister. Put it on & leave on for as long as you can & voila, blister gone & it will also help with anything else that is adding any extra pressure to it like socks, shoes!

Is this self hypnosis by Derren Brown Vicky? How can it work? What sort of things does he say?

Nikki you do make me giggle, as you will see a massive reduction in your measurements when you measure in a month, because it will be like you've been popped like a water balloon & will shrink as soon as bubba pops into the world! :)

eating rubbish makes you feel rubbish most definately.....kim what day are we on with the challenge? i did 2 days worth yesterday but feeling bit lost with it?

Not sure how you girls are doing the Challenge, but when there are more reps like 80 & 50 +, I split them into sections (40 + 25) with a couple of minutes rest in between. It got me thinking as my pulse was racing, that its almost like a HIIT/Tabata exercise as we're doing short sharp burst of exercise & the research done on that indicates its a fantastic form of exercise & very good for you......so girls keep it going!!! What shall we do when this is finished?

Have you coloured your hair dark brown....looks lovely. Your tummy looks lovely & smooth, have you been rubbing oil/cream into it to prevent stretch marks?

Its similar to the derren brown one but I didnt connect with that one. I got no idea wa it says I fall asleep lol. Well I know there's a bit about imagining what you want your body to look like and imagining a table with all your bad habits on it then u push them off. Oo I do remember more than I thought lol x

Its OK on my laptop but happens from my tablet, mobile & when someone quotes me like Vicky just did......Im a neat freak & dont like it as want everything tidy even my typing lol!

I grew out nearly all of my highlights and have only just had some more put back so it is kind of a blondy brown :) and it was wet because i just came out the shower!!

I think im just a lucky one who has no stretch marks at all, havent even been rubbing anything in. I do have some bio oil because my belly button piercings look a bit odd so i will rub that in once bubs is here :)
