I had a lovely night with my sisters last night. My oh was out on his stag so we sat with with my ss and watched kids films :)

sounds good vicky. i have been trying the hypnosis at night and keep falling asleep lol..her voice relaxes me but i know i never get past certain part. going to listen to it earlier tonight. how long is yours on for? still not sure i have the right one x

I had a great night, drank and ate way too much but not suffering today so bonus :)

I had my cheese bacon and egg muffin but that wasn't all bad the muffin was about 10 syns, cheese 2 syns and bacon and egg free, I used a fruit and fibre muffin so since I'm having a red day today going to be naughty and count it with the cheese as a HEX and some syns (I know its a tweak but its a one off)


weather is lovely today so we're off out for a walk or something (when we decide where we want to go) knowing us we'll probably just end up looking around some shops lol.

hi kim - i last did day 8 so just did 100 squats and 60 sit ups. (day 9 complete) Wasnt as hard as i thought but to stop me losing count i used 1p coins for every time i did 20 squats and laid one down on carpet after 20 lol - seemed to help. Plus i varied by squats from normal to wide stance to pulsating ones - hope this counts? also with the crunches i did some bicycle crunches too.

going to so some ironing then try very hard to do the next day to try and catch up - is it ok to do this? so by today i will complete day 9, 10 and 11. Are we on day 12? kim are you making up for a day as you ticked the rest day? gets the heard pumping doesnt it -

Just finished some crisps and dips and left over chocolate bits with boyfriend... whoops, well meals will be on plan today and will also finish cake off I think as there are 3 pieces left so can have one with boyfriend and little one later... two days off plan for Birthday weekend isn't bad. If I gain a lot I gain, not the end of the world, I'll be back on plan eventually lol
 
Thanks for all the wishes ladies :) we are jist waiting to be discharged. My blood is on the brink of transfusion level but they are letting me go home so long as i rest, drink plenty of water and if i feel faint i must go back to hospital.

Really looking forward to just getting all comfy and snug in my pjs on the sofa xx

good stuff though be careful. my sis was exact same as you and you need take it easy as much as you can x

We're on Day 13 Deb & I ticked the rest day coz I rested lol!. Just let me know what days you've done & if you've missed any either catch up by doing more or just ignore the day lol! Yes it does get the heart racing & thats why I think its a bit like HITT! Funny about the coins lol! I just break them down into sets so I know how many I've done!

Its horrible when the party's over, but as long as you had a good time then it was worth it. Dont worry about eating the left over food, its all good for you lol! A gain is not the end of the world & only you & teh scales will know!

Great news you're being D/C but not sure how you will get any rest!!!!!! Are you BF? Has OH got time off with you or will you have Mum over to help? Look forward to seeing more pics of you & Millie xx
 
Think I may have done some damage control today, as went on a 6 mile powerwalk & completed Day 13 of the Challenge. Going out on my bike tomorrow with my new cycle shoes & Garmain Edge, so hopefully will get the bug again!

think i turned a corner today...been on plan and so far so good. did one day of the challenge but want to catch up. aiming to do day 10 soon then tomorrow i will do two lots too. punishment for being lazy lol
good for you Kim. feeling spurred on today though will need to limit my syns.
today am trying sw combined with a plan i saw. 8hr diet where you eat what you want (i will stick to sw plan) but within 8 hrs. today i had first meal at 12 so got til 8 tonight. hopefully it will stop me snacking
