feel really weird boyfriend said he thinks he'll be home just gone nine, I've just finished watching a film and don't know what to do with myself now :/ if he were going to be later I'd put another film on or possibly have a bath, but he could be here any minute (well I imagine he'll probably text when he's on his way he usually does)

Well ladies I didn't weigh in in on Saturday but bit the bullet on Monday and was 12st 2lb which was a 4lb gain.... I've lost it all already!

Don't know if I've lost or not in the overall challenge but think I'm down from last week.
You know I said I was chilling about the numbers etc well that's harder than I thought :-( really struggled this week inside my head but trying not to pass onto girls..... God it's so difficult to explain but suppose cause I've always felt big since I was a child it's going take a while for those thoughts to be changed, but I really really need to not pass my issues onto my kids, so really need to try harder.
Been a nightmare this week trying get holiday things sorted only 7 days to go !!!
Got a few online delivers coming so hope it all fits
My hay fever has gone really bad this week too, I've had 3 nose bleeds :-( so feeling really sorry for myself lol x

Weighed in yesterday, 2lb loss!!
Hubby had a doctors appointment, again! He`s been told to lose weight. He`s 5ft8ins and weighs 14st.
He`s already grizzling like a three year old!
This afternoon the occupational therapist came round to assess our housing needs. The council, in their wisdom, put us in an upstairs flat with no lift. He`s got mobility issues amongst other issues.
Hopefully we`ll get moved fairly soon but I`m not holding my breath. We`ve been waiting ages already.
Jo: Good you stayed on plan for dinner! Hope your back gets better soon, I`ve been there myself!!

What idiots the council are, why on earth did they house you there and surely you would have priority? Hope you get it all sorted soon.
Just had a look at your last official WI of July 1st and you were 10st 0.75lbs, so you seem to be maintaining your weight which is no bad thing. How tall are you?
Know what the hayfevers like as suffer myself, so your poor nose must have taken a bashing ....what do you take for it?

Happy to report a 2.25lb loss this week, as weighing weekly now so I can keep an eye, as my weight was going up not down! Not sure I'll hit my target by holidays...6 weeks away....but I'll have a jolly good bash at it lol!

ladies when i first came on here today i was raging, angry, in a mood and generally felt like crying. i typed my response to ronnie and realised i need to apply it to myself.
the scales show 2lb gain. i know it isn't a true reading. god knows why i am saying that as that is why we have weigh in days and you take what you see. but i know i haven't eaten enough to warrant a 2lb gain. i probably had 400 call outwithh my syns so if that what has caused it fair enough. i know i havent eaten any differently from the past four weeks, ok maybe not wrote everything down and had wine and crisp at weekend but they were within syns.
yesterday i weighed 8st 4.25 which was .25 of a gain yet today 8st 6lb.
now the reason i am spitting my dummy out and being a bad sportsman is because if i take what the scales say to be true i am in danger of saying "sod it" and giving myself a pass to hell where i eat junk and give in. i am not allowing myself to go there!! this is the longest i am sure i have stuck at sw, i am trying so hard with the running, i feel so much better, i look better yet the scales have/had single handedly made me question if my effort was worth it. i know i don't deserve the gain but i will take it. god i sound so bitter, hopefully that is the Pmt ha ha
sorry for the long rant but seriously i am determined to see this all off by next week. hope you are all good x

excellent Kim!!! well done you..what is your target? 8st 3lb? or 8st 7? i think weekly is best when trying to see them go down
With that 2lb gain Deb, it means you've lost 4.25lbs in 5 weeks or on average 0.85lbs per week which is fantastic! It took me 16 months to lose 2 stone which averaged at 0.5lbs per week!
Tomorrow you coild weigh yourself and you could see that 2lb gone....its just one of those things! What you need to remember is you're sticking to plan and are exercising, so how can it be fat......its not! Just natural fluctuations x
