Vic I am annoyed I was gonna start t25 today but my shift at work got changed so had to stay on so literally just finished dinner and getting picked up in 10minutes as need to go stay at OHs dads as he's dog sitting there and there's no buses to get me to work on time for 6:30am!! Will defo try it tomorrow. But scared now though as you are fitter than me eek!!
The hen night was AMAZING!! yesterday I was soooo hungover and ate all the bad things, needed pizza and giant american choc chip pancakes to absorb the killer hangover

Just got up and done day 2-speed 1.0 of t25. It was reeeeally good but I had to modify q lot of exercises due to my knees. Good thing is tho that, unlike insanity, they do have a woman modifying so can follow her. Laura that would be best for you with your ankle. As the rest is high impact.
I really liked it cos it was 1 minute high intensity cardio followed by 1 minute stretching the muscles you juat used.
Im up so early in the holidays as I have my dyslexia testing at uni today. Im a bit nervous of it to be honest as ive never had a formal testing or diagnosis just teachers saying I was. Not sure what it's going to involve.

I'm back from Yarmouth with a dippy tummy (probably down to the bad food) just can't help it down there, they think they have a really healthy diet but they really don't. She even filled the fry light bottle with oil and didn't tell me until the Sunday, but she thinks its the same thing! well it was flora cuisine but still, when I asked for boiled potatoes because I was trying to be good she smoothered them with butter so eventually I just gave in! Anyway I'm back on it now (sort of) have 3 days which may be off plan this week so the other 4 I'm going to be low syn or hopefully syn free to try and counteract them. Was suppose to be meeting a friend today but cancelled as I don't know how my tummy is going to be and don't want to be rushing to the toilet or even worse missing it :/ hope I'm better for tomorrow as I'm suppose to be going to Chesterfield with my mum and then to the casino with my boyfriend.
Not weighing today or going running club (again dodgy tummy) but I am going to attempt to do some running on my own.
Yeah its his mum, she has had loads of problems health wise but she just will not admit they don't have a healthy diet. the only potatoes she eats are either those boiled with butter (but she rarely has them) she usually has loaded potato skins (which they call jacket potatoes) or ready made roasts. My mums suggested I take down my frozen meals I've made myself but I really can't imagine that going down very well at all. I think I might say I've been having problems with carbs next time and say I have to do red days (she did sw in the past so understands it to some extent... although she never cuts the fat off bacon ect) but then at least I could live on fruit, meat and salad when we go down.
They can be very pushy at times as well, when I was trying to be good it was ''oh we'll open that bottle of wine and me and Donna will have that'' it wasn't all them though to be fair, in the end I just thought stuff it I'm not being healthy so might as well just have what I want as well. Which is something I'm going to have to stop next time I go down there, but that should be made easier if I say the carbs thing as I can avoid the pizza that's always put out. I just then have to put my foot down when it comes to the drink and the sweet stuff.
