Must have missed that post of yours Annette......surely there must be some sort of law that protects the innocent party when it comes to these debt collectors. Surely they would just have to write the whole debt off? Can you not get the police involved cos it sounds a bit like identity fraud, even if it is on a 7yr old boy....crazy world! Hope you get it sorted, as it must be such a worry x Thanks Ronnie, yes we could do a cyber cuppa tea time and all have a chat, sounds fun Sorry, no I didnt go on my laptop and completely forgot if I'm honest....I have to write things down or I forget....its the darn drugs! Hubby decorating this weekend so I'll be tea lady as he wont let me do anything. Are you up to anything nice? x Sent from my GT-N8010 using MiniMins.com mobile app
Just had my younger son on the phone in a state of panic!!
Debt collectors were banging on his door this morning. They demanded payment of £10,000 or the would take away the contents of his house to sell at auction! He`s never been in debt!!
Once everyone had stopped shouting at each other he was able to find out what they were talking about. Someone had taken out a payday loan using false details and this is why the debt collectors were at his door. But it gets worse.
When my son saw the paperwork it sent him into a rage. The person named on the debt was his seven year old son. But they were convinced it was my son. It was only when he produced his driving licence and both their passports that the debt collectors believed him!
Not sure what is going to happen now. Someone, somewhere, got a loan and didn`t pay for it. But how can these payday loan companies get their facts so wrong. My grandson is in infants school still learning to read and write! He hasn`t got a bank account and he certainly can`t vote, drive or drink alcohol!! He can`t even go into town on his own. So how can there be a loan in his name?
Hope this is the end of it. But somehow I get the feeling it`s only the beginning
Can anyone check to see if Granola is a HexB for me please. If its not I will be very reluctant give it up, so it might be a bit of a tweak. I only have 30g so its not as if I'm going OTT with it!

I am in a bit of a dark place at the moment, what with Charlie and my health, not working, no exercise etc, but I'm not really a comfort eater thank goodness, but I can get a bit gluttonish in the evenings with chocolate! Im on plan following EE with an extra Hexb for my granola, but think I may stop that this week and see how I get on. Will have a chat with hubby over the weekend and see if he can come up with some idea for exercise at home cos I dont really like to leave Charlie on her own for too long. She does seem to be deteriorating, which is heartbreaking to see, so you can see why I dont want to go out.
Im surprised I haven't resorted to more 'naughty' food in the day, with the way I'm feeling, but I really mustn't, so I wont lol!

Haha Ronnie, when Hubby's home I'm not allowed to even lift a teaspoon, so I doubt he'll let me go anywhere near a paintbrush! I think because he's away all week, he wants to protect me at the weekend when he's home, so I do get rather looked after, which is so lovely. Im in bed with my coffe and tablet, chillin whilst he sorts the furry babies out! When we first met, he told me women should be cherished and thats what he certainly does with me x
Thanks Donna, you're right....why cant I tweak the Granola! I have no guilt lol!
Sell done on resisting and go careful on the treadmill with that knee.....any twinges stop straight away. Is the marathon 2 weeks on Sunday? x

I've restarted my dairy again ladies if anyone is interested. Think I need it to keep on track, as I was losing the plot a bit. Deb has also set me a mini challenge to be 100% on plan and to report in everyday! I've set myself a mini challenge as well, as I seem to focus a lot better when I have a goal. Its Hubby's 50th in 8 weeks time, so thats what Im aiming for to begin with, as I really must shift this half a stone.....bad naughty girl

Donna it is so important to rest......recovery is more important than training. A high protein diet this week may aid your recovery as well. You've done a long run recently, so you need to start tapering down now. In the week leading up to it, eat lots of complex carbs ......you will know all this anyways. But for now, keep your feet up and if it hurts apply a hot pack & take some Ibuprofen xx
Well done everyone Here's to a brill 2nd week We'll all be lush by Christmas
Thats good news about your son Annette, these people shouldn't be allowed to get away with this sort of thing, I hope the police can sort it out for themThanks for the support re my granson, girlies!!
I`ve given my son your advice about going to the police. He`s gonna do that this afternoon. He`s very protective of his children, just hope nothing else happens.
That`s the trouble with these payday loan companies. There`s not enough checks. I`ve heard of third parties being billed if the bad guys get hold of your bank details but this is taking it even further. Someone is making a lot of money out of this. The debt collectors did say that they will go back to the loan company with this new information. I`m sure that the payday loan company will want proof that it was addressed to a 7 year old boy.
On to happiet things!!
I`ve set myself a mini target. No alcohol til I get below 9 stone. Now that the end is in sight I don`t want to sabotage it!! Also trying to be fairly strict with portion control. Just cos something is free/superfree doesn`t mean unlimited. I know calories aren`t in the SW dictionary but they are in mine!! All food has a certain amount of calories, even if it`s good for you. So mindless grazeing is out at the mo. Come December, there`ll be enough extra food/drink consumed so idealy I`d love to be at target before then. Wishful thinking, I know!!
Facial yoga going ok. Can`t really see much difference but then it has only been a week. But my skin feels different so maybe I am doing the right thing!!
Hope you feel better soon Jo and dont worry about the 'feed a cold' and your grandparents anniversary....if you have a gain/sts it will be worth it by spending quality time with familyWell I have been rubbish this week as started with awful cold on Monday. I can't seem to shift it n I've been taking medicines which will be full of syns that's not even starting to mention the food I've munched.
I'm out tonight for nannan & granddad diamond wedding anniversary n there is 3 course meal which isn't SW friendly.
I will gain on next weigh in but hopefully I'll be better n get back on plan
Thank you so much for your lovely words Debs, such a sweet lady . Yes, I do feel a lot more focused, not only on losing these pesky few pounds, but I'm much better with my pain control now I've increased the dosage. Being in pain is so debilitating and made me miserable, so then I couldnt function with anything, but now woopee, I feel sooooo much better. xpopping in briefly (be back later on) to say well done miss Kim. you seem to be more focused. what your going through is awful and even more that hubby (Doug?) works away during week. it can't be easy to not reach for comfort food so well done.plus how lovely is your hubby? cherished? ah too sweet.
so when your feeling down during week remember that him being home at the weekend is something positive. plus it can be a time for treats. hugs x
