think were all abit the same BFB lol. It's my dd's bday today and i've had a bit of party food and my mum made me sausage sarnies for my dinner! Too polite to say no haha

Well you can't be rude, can you? I was exactly the same when my daughter offered me a Cadbury's button a minute ago....hhmmpph!

haha. The torture we put ourselves through in the name of vanity. I too would not be able to resist a chocolate button, chocolate is my vice. But saying that I have not had any cravings for anything yet which is so unlike me. I bought the alpen light choc and fudge bars just incase and TBH think they're vile. Even though i've only lost 7lbs, I can feel the difference in my clothes, trousers feel comfier on my waist. I have lost 4.5 inches so far which is great!
