Step away from the scales! Weighing so often will do you no good!
The simple fact is that if you do this diet correctly the weight WILL come off. End of!
I workout a lot too but if suggest to ease off the exercise a little for the first 2 weeks while your body 1) gets into a deep ketosis 2) gets adjusted to much less calories.
Otherwise you'll be just retaining water as your body will try protect itself. I also up my protein on my workout days and have a protein powder straight after training. This stops your body from tapping into muscle for energy and helps to increase muscle mass which then increases your metabolism.
Keep strong Hun. The weight WILL come off! :)

Thanks hun will do and added some protein to my soup tonight xxx

I have zero energy so much so that I feel like I can't even walk!!!!

How are you feeling now?

That is because you are exercising heavily. You're using up the energy supplied by the packs for day to day living. If you want to continue, you'll need to replace your exercise calories somehow, without carbing up.

I've been doing vlcds for 5 years, with varying degrees of success. I've done it perfectly for 7 months (inc RTM) and I've made every mistake in the book over that 5 years. One absolute contact for me, and everyone I've seen do it personally (off forum I mean) was that if they exercised too hard, or if they exercised too soon (first 2 weeks), they lost less short term.

Whenever I did Slimming world, I saw that every time someone started exercise, they lost nothing that week, but lost a lot a week or two on. We don't get our rewards the week we do these things - just as we often dont get our punishments till the week after either!

Good luck and stick in there - it DOES work for you, but you'll have to consider some other compromises I'm afraid - like easing off the exercise!

I'm going to have to agree.

I've had a long conversation about this with my trainer yesterday. He compared our diet to what bodybuilders or competing fitness models do when they get ready for a competition. They deplete their bodies of any carbs too and they actually stop exercising altogether while getting rid of glycogen fully and getting their body used to it. This then makes the body start tapping into fat for energy rather than muscle. This process will take up to 3 weeks in full so if you going to start high intensity exercise during that time not only you will not lose weight as body is going to try protect itself but you will also be very fatigued.
Now I'm a complete gym rat but I actually stopped exercising for the first two weeks only to resume it as normal once I'm in all clear. I now workout 4-5 times a week and I'm absolutely fine.

Just take it easy on yourself Hun!
