Anyone tried or is doing shake that weight vlcd?

Just eating my porridge.... totally scrum....:D Went to early mass and then we did d shoppin n Lidl... OH got me a Samsung ipad 4 Xmas.... using it now....bigger screen SO much better than skinting at my iphone screen.
Big news... booked 11 days in Lanz last nite ...going d 27th Dec ...so need 2 focus hard on droppin d lbs ...first time goin away this time of yr...really excited, Njoy ur Sun I must fit in a 20 min walk later

Well!!!!!!!!!!!! what news, where do i start???????????? :D an ipad, (and ur using it now, tut tut :D ) AND a holiday to Lanzarote!!! well how nice, i have been in January, weather was lovely in the day, but u need a jacket in the evenings. we stayed in costa teguise, where are u staying?

You could losing about a stone by then if u stick to it strict, as i lost about 1st 6lb in a month, but then i did have a lot more weight to lose than you have. I know its hard, but try if u can just to have the meals, then and only then if u are starving have a small bit of protein.

Not going anywhere this weekend, have a lot on next week tho, so chilling out.
 
Ah tanx....sesrching websites as lots booked up Usually stick 2 Puerto del Carmen Have stayed in Costa Teguise..found it too windy and Playa Blanca...nice but too far away from PdelC shoppin centre
Hope I find smthg reasonable soon Booked one way flights as turned out way cheaper!!

Had 2 porridges today and ate ham and Stirfry veg 4 din... Hands feel cold today... Goin 2 have a cup of bouillon to help warm dem up!

Super day at work... Missin 3 so some must b sick.. Poor thgs! Practiced play... Performing it 4 parents on d night of d 11th... My class r all angels.. One is baby ***** and they r all singin while d next class up have d speakin parts! Lookin 4ward 2 doin a dress rehearsal next wk... They'll look adorable!
Got up this mornin and made myself walk for 20 mins... Did 3km... Too hard 2 do it in d evenin ...
Checked my scales as was curious .. Said 11-5... So dats 41/2 lbs... Curious 2 see what d WW scales says on Wed nite.. Will wait til then .. Must wear my lightest clothest and pomps B-)

Just checked website out... For Ireland it says to go 2 Ur nearest participating pharmacy ... Bugger!! Can't do Dat as I did it once yrs ago and then gave up... Ha ha D bars were yucky then!!
Food today... Apple and Cinnamon Porridge, STW vanilla shake, 1 rasher (fat removed) and carrot and turnip, Exante porridge

Hi shoebe, yes not to bad having a freebie is it lol rather u than me practicing the play :D, re ur scales, 4.5 lb is great, if u keep that up on wed ul be very pleased, u need to weigh on your scale before u leave ur house then u know if its the same. i always used to weigh in my lightest clothes as well, taking of my shoes and jewelery as well :D
looking forwrd to my tea, chicken in the oven and having green beans and a steam pack of veg (done in micro)

Are u finding real food very filling? How do u manage portion wise??
Ps Ur din sounds scrum... Microwaveable veg is scrum... Is der butter in d ingredients ?
 
Hi shoebe, I used little bit of garlic oil and chicken seasoning to maranade it, no butter. Am finding I am hungrier earlier, as had shake for breakfast and tomato and basil soup for lunch, and usually am ok till 6.30 or so, but today by 4pm I was starving, so had a mug of tea instead:D
Couldnt u ask someone else to get it at chemist for u?
Re portion size, am having about 3 oz chicken filet, and today more veg as had some green beans as well as steam veg :(
Weighed thir morning and was a lb up, not to bad I think as I havent been to toilet a lot since thurs TMI I know :(

Mmm Ur food sounds scrumious... Bet Ul have a few lbs off by Thurs morn ... If u soak a spoon of linseeds in water overnight then add more water in s morn and drink it.. D toilet fairy will Definately visit:)
Hungry this evenin too so made an omelette in d micro... 2 eggs, half slice beef and herbes de Provence ... Did d trick but Shouldve had bouillon
 
Mite order some porridge, for after xmas, but then they mite hav more off after xmas :D
Hope so, havent been drinking the water either :( and am feeling very potty :(

Hi shoebe, hope i am not coming down with a cold, as i have a picky throat, :( typical, never have colds and am out on the weekend as well!!!!!!!!!!!! never mind hopefully it won't come to anything as i must have a good immune system.

Made a mim for tea, instead of my pack, as i still haven't been to the toilet and didn't fancy linseed and water yuch :eek: :D also had an omelet with onions,peppers and mushrooms (only a little) for lunch with salad really nice :D off to town tomoro with my mam and sister, (comes around quicker every week :D) and not having my bar as can have chicken salad :D yippee

Ur omelette sounds delicious ... Hope MIM works its magic... Read ders a tea in Holland and Barratt Dat helps ... Can rem d name ... Will look it up 4 u
 
Thanks shoebe, calling in holland and barratt 2moro, as am out of golden linseed and ground almonds, so will ask assistant if u can't remember it.
