Anyone tried or is doing shake that weight vlcd?

Hope cutting down on bars helps emmy. From last week I have cut down on tea, and only have one mug a day now. And more water.
Well bought 2 tops and pj's :D what do u think?

Didnt weigh in this mornin as read somewhere every second day stops disappointment so stickin 2 Dat!!

Gr8 day... Did tae bo this mornin and have just done insanity ... Had 1/2 vanilla shake for bfast, 1/2 Exante bar at 12.20, other half at 2.10, 1/2 vanilla shake at 3.30.... Not sure what Ill have for my dinner... Think I feel like curry! Mmmm

very good not weighing, i wish i could resist lol, weighed (again :D) and dropped another1/2 lb, so have lost 1.75 lbs so far, just need another 3/4 lb to lose 6 stone!!!!!!!!!! cross ur fingers for me, good job i am going out thurs not either tonite or tomoro :D

U are going great guns, keep it up.
 
Will u tuck d top Dat u choose into d skirt? I hadn't zoomed into d skirt... I Luv d pattern on it! U must have an hour glass figure... Pencil skirts catch on my hips and thighs... I need a-line as Im pear shaped!
Take a pic of both tops with d skirt then Ul be able 2 choose which is d nicest! Will u keep both of dem? Will u bring a black cardi or wear a black coat?
 
Was thinking of wearing a black jacket, it a single breasted, soft cord material, with a fitted waist. Am going up my mams 2moro to try on skirt with top and jacket, (and my spanx lol) will ask my mam to take photo of me, for u to c.
Wont tuck it in as still have a belly :(

I got my daughter 2 take pics of me in my swimsuit on hols at Xmas ... Horrendous... Got son 2 take ones yday .. Slight improvement in thighs and upper arms ... Im hopin by d time I get 2 goal... Thgs will have improved a lot.. Im 2 lazy 2 measure... Do u measure or take photos?

Def smaller, especially ur bottom and thighs. I can c a diff in ur back as well. What size r u?
I think my skeleton would weigh more than a size 8 :D:D:D without any flesh on it lol

My clothes are a 12 but a lot Dont fit so think Im more a 14 at d mo! When I got down to ten stone size 10/12 fitted!
What size were u in Dat photo?

I was a 24 then, which was 5st ago :eek::D am now a 16 :D:D:D pleased as can imagine lol. When is ur official weigh in day?

Why dont u ask on the tech forum for someone to delete post? I tried on my phone to edit a photo but couldnt, but praps on ur pc it will be easier?

Happy with Dat ... as TOTM is looming plus still feel bloated from meal on Sun!
Id Luv to lose 5 this wk to get down to 11 st. Planned meal out on Fri ( turkey salad) as will be goin 2 d concert and staying overnight! Ill have 2 sneak a few cans of Coke Zero into my bag for d nite! First time at a live concert... Really excited:)
Time 4 tae bo 2 wake me up!! Have a gud one!! Keep gluggin d water if ye can... D more ya drink d more ya shrink!!
 
Thats a great loss, well done :D don't be too disappointed if u don't lose 5lb nxt week, as u don't have a lot to lose, not puting u down or anything :eek:
Ur nite sounds great as well.
Havent lost any more 2day, so don't think i'll make the 6st loss as still 3/4 lb short :(
