STS this week - should i count this as my last July weigh in? I'm a wed weigher and next wed is 3rd aug, so i am classing that as my first aug weigh in for aug challenge? is that right? x

Failed miserably in July challenge - 1.5lbs lost out of 6lbs. Has some STS weeks and lots of meals out/bbq's so no surprise really. Brightside, 1.5lbs off is still a loss and 1.5lbs closer to my target... Roll on Aug challenge!! x x

Well done everyone!!!! I had a sts last week but luckily lost more the week before so I met my target of 10lbs for July

Next stop - the AUGUST THREAD!!!!
And, as there are 5 Tuesday weigh in's in August, despite a holiday (Wednesday) 2 birthday parties and a festival I want another 10lbs off!!!
