It tells you how many once you have done your daily steps first! then it starts counting!

I lost 4.3lb this week:D yeyyyyyy! :D:D:D
 
its good Tracy, I am feeling the best I have felt in a long time... even hubby says that I am happier and less grouchy ha ha! which is suprising considering I can't eat or drink! I just feel good... its hard to explain really! I think cos I am not having any crap or alcohol its like a detox I suppose! and I can really notice the difference in clothing and the way I look! pharmacist said from now on weight loss should stabilise around 4lb a week! and that I will notice it much more as it be pure fat coming off! I am down to 13.3 I was in the top range of 14 stones and hopefully next week I will be in the 12 stones :) I would recommend it to anyone, takes alot of commitment but I can vouch it is sooooo worth it! x
 
That's brilliant, I'm really pleased for you............. Over a stone in 2 weeks is excellent. I admire you for sticking with it, I'm evil when I'm hungry, are you hungry atall?

not really no, I do get hungry later on especially when I have been more active in the day! but I find if I spread my shakes evenly then I am fine! not had an alcoholic drink in over two weeks now and thats amazing for me as I normally had a drink every friday and sat night and glass of wine during week! just became a habit after work! now I drink sparkling water in a wine glass he he! and not even craving a drink or feel like I need one! x

Ok WI by home scales is showing a 4lb loss! Going to have to make do with that this week

Well done!!!!!!

I've just been weighed and I've lost 3.5lb and I kno I should be jumping for joy but I'm not... The scales waved a 6lb loss in my face this morning meaning I would get my 2 stone off... And my 10% and I would be my lightest in 3 years... And I would still be averaging 2.5 a week which is what I need to get to goal by friends wedding... But no... They couldn't play nice... So really I only lost 2lb after last weeks undeserved gain ....

I kno it's really good ... And I kno u will tell me to chuck the stupid scales... Lol .... I'm off to the chippy and hoping the fittie is there!!! And I will get my 2 stone and 10% next week :D xx
