I started SW again last week n just weighed....6 lbs loss!!!!!! In one week!!?? Omg. It's also a combination of stress I reckon! Ha. But I'm so happy!! From 12st 1lb to 11st 9lbs. Awesome

Today: green

Going out for 3 course Italian sat night...any ideas on how to stay syn free on green day? Was thinking for a main a tomato and veggie based sauce with pasta? But not sure on starters??

Over paranoid about the cheese and cake earlier so gonna over estimate further n say another 20 syns. Gonna WI tomorrow as 3 course meal tomorrow eve!
