I thought i would start me a food diary as i dont feel the slimming world online one is very good, as its not broken down into meals. I find its hard to see at a glance if i've eaten the right balance of stuff. I'm not very good at filling out the paper ones :p

some of my meals might be a bit messed up as i work shifts, so i dont necessarily have meals in the traditional order :)

Sunday:

Breakfast2 Alpen Light barsHex-bfirst naughty point - no superfree or free!
Lunchother half of the huge salad i made for dinnerSuperfreemore naughtyness, only superfree here, no free
Dinner2 chicken breasts with Cajun Seasoning, Salad (red onion, lettuce, tomato, red pepper, hellmans vinaigrette dressing), jacket potato (no filling)Free + Superfree i could only manage one of the chicken breasts - eyes bigger than my stomach i think!
Snacksnone
DrinksCaffiene Free Diet Pepsi
2 Cups of tea - SS milk, 2 sugars each
1 Coffee - S milk, Sweetener
4 syns for the sugar, Hex-a for the milkNext time take sweetener to my friends house with me, she only had sugar.


Edit - I overdid it with the onions... yucky taste in my mouth i cant get rid of lol

Lunchoops skipped lunch, struggled to keep awake at work so survived on coffee!

Edit: just been reading my book and it turns out i dont need to include superfree if part of the meal is a healthy extra, so i can ignore the red comments for those bits!
