I thought i would start me a food diary as i dont feel the slimming world online one is very good, as its not broken down into meals. I find its hard to see at a glance if i've eaten the right balance of stuff. I'm not very good at filling out the paper ones
some of my meals might be a bit messed up as i work shifts, so i dont necessarily have meals in the traditional order

Edit - I overdid it with the onions... yucky taste in my mouth i cant get rid of lol

Breakfast | 2 Alpen Light bars | Hex-b | first naughty point - no superfree or free! |
Lunch | other half of the huge salad i made for dinner | Superfree | more naughtyness, only superfree here, no free |
Dinner | 2 chicken breasts with Cajun Seasoning, Salad (red onion, lettuce, tomato, red pepper, hellmans vinaigrette dressing), jacket potato (no filling) | Free + Superfree | i could only manage one of the chicken breasts - eyes bigger than my stomach i think! |
Snacks | none | ||
Drinks | Caffiene Free Diet Pepsi 2 Cups of tea - SS milk, 2 sugars each 1 Coffee - S milk, Sweetener | 4 syns for the sugar, Hex-a for the milk | Next time take sweetener to my friends house with me, she only had sugar. |
