I really havent got back on the 'wagon' as I had planned. Feel like I am living my life on auto pilot...

When I first moved out and into my own home with the OH I absolutley loved the independence from living with the parents... now I dont want to be alone and I cant do alot about that as the OH is based in Hounslow 5 days a week on camp and i'm here at home alone. Everytime I come into the house I lock the door behind me and I am constantly hearing 'noises' and freaking myself out.

I feel like I have forgotten how to 'diet'... xx
