Yesterday's meals:
B - Chipolatas, bacon, scrambled egg and mushrooms with coconut oil
L - Chicken, lamb, sprouts, cauliflower and cabbage
D - Cheese and red pepper omelette
S - 2 x pepperami hot, 1 40g bar 85% cocoa chocolate, 1 mini egg cake
So as you can see I thought long and hard about the little mini egg cake and decided to treat myself, stopped at one, am kinda regretting it today though as I'm super hungry!
Today's meals:

L - Corned beef, mixed leaf salad and mayo
D - Chicken shish kebab (no pita) with salad and mayo
S - 2 x pepperoni hot, corned beef and mayo, 6 squares 85% cocoa chocolate
Fingers crossed I'm back in the swing of ketosis soon, had a bit of a rubbish weekend as my car broke down, all the oil dumped out of the engine! So walking for the school run tomorrow, exercise at least I guess, decided I'm going to start some gentle workout stuff tomorrow as well now my energy levels are more stable
