came across this site after a recommendation iam hoping this is going to a good resource to support me with low carb lifestyle. I lost three stone using different diets slowly over a year mostly based around low carbs etc recently Ive put on a stone very slowly but its back so time to stop pretending and get back on it. Started again last week and due for a weigh in in the morning. Already fell off the wagon last night tempted by samosas. So ive been shopping today and heres my plan for the week. Could any of you kind people have a look and Id appreciate any feedback tips, something I may be doing wrong. Iam going use soya milk, cream for hot drinks and go for at least 2 litres water. i dont weigh but look at fistful for portion veg, 30g cheese etc Also iam trying to do induction

Dinner;stilton & broccoli soup (saw low carb recipe on net)
snacks x2: ham/cheese 30g/ pate wrapped in lettuce
monday
breakfast mlette prepared night before
lunch:salmon&spinach
Dinner;chicken/wrapped bacon stilton fistful of cauliflower
snacks x2: protein pancake / pate&lettuce
tuesday
breakfast rotein shake
lunch:chicken/chorzio salad
Dinner;nigellas matza or pork/beef meatballs mozzerella / basil
snacks x2epperami sausage snack size/ protein pancake
wednesday
breakfast : 2eggs scrambled/spinach
lunchastrami, salad
Dinner;pork medallions/ corn cob/ broccoli/cauliflower
snacks x2:celery/cream cheese / pepperami
thursday
breakfast rotein shake
lunch:tuna/mayo salad
Dinner;chicken/ chorzio frozen veg ie cauliflower mashed?
snacks x2:apple/cheese / lettuce wrap pate
friday
breakfast mlette
lunch:chicken salad
Dinner;chinese style pork ie steaks marinaded in soy, garlic, ginger, 5spice with stir fry veg
snacks x2:apple cheese / cream cheese celery
Saturday
breakfast :bacon/egg
luncheppered mackerel
Dinner;steak mushrooms cauliflower mash
snacks x2:lettuce cheese wrap / pepperami
