so this morning scales tell me im 2 lb down since i started, woo hooo, however seem to be holding onto waste products at the minute (TMI i know)

was really 'hungry' yesterday kept eating all the time, felt very empty. perhaps i need to work on my water intake. a special water counter site insists i need 3.3 L a day for my weight so i better get glugging
