I finally managed to turn things around today. Net carbs came in right at 20g and everything else looks to be more or less on target as well. I don't think I'm going to worry about avoiding red meat right now...one less thing to get overwhelmed with while life is stressful. But I will try to eat more fish and chicken. It feels good to have a handle on things again - now I just have to do the same thing tomorrow...and the next day...and the next day...
