I'm back after spending 10 lovely days with the family down south. During that time I've tried to stick to dukan as much as possible but at family meal times it was dificult and I did eat some carbs, but limited myself as much as possible.
I've got back and weighed myself today and luckily I've only put 1lb so not done too much damage to the weight loss.
Should I do attack phase again for a few days or should I slip stright back into cruise??
