Just managed to weigh myself this morning and lost 3lbs. Pleased...but its not from following the diet...going through an awful time at work at the moment and working 12 hours a day so just grabbing food when I can and not having time to eat. But ive been staying away from picking up chocolate bars and crisps so obviously thats helped! I'll weigh myself again this wknd and all im hoping is to have stayed the same as ive no time to cook or go shopping this week! Hopefully next week things will ease up and I can get back to it! X
