Can you update me to 20lb .. Sneaky peak on scales in hotel in Saigon and I expect a 7lb gain when I get back on those scales in the uk on Monday ... Eek!! Have to say it is not the food but the piña colada's , mojito's an beer!! X

Kirsty you'll soon shift that. My weight can fluctuate for no reason one min I can put on 2 for no reason but it be gone by the next. That's y I try & not focus on weekly weigh ins but look at my 4 weekly total & I measure myself too x
