1st August is a Monday so that gives us 9 days to plan and to make a start on getting back on track.
We will do it for all of August so 31 days. By then we should be in the swing of things and any bad habits should be gone.
No excuses. Most plans can be worked around if your going out for the day or a meal out. It's knowing when to stop.
A bit of light exercise doesn't hurt anyone. Pain is all in the head.
My getting back to it started this morning. I'm hoping a few others will join in.
Be honest if you slip up own up to it on here.
