Emma Congrats on your loss, I know your feeling a bit disapointed, but a loss is a loss & all those small losses will add up . Those DDs can be hard to start with, so give your self a pat on the back for staying under. JUDDD can be very forgiving when we have Up Up & away days, but the induction figures are important to set you up & get you going. I rambled a bit on your thread I hope it was helpful :)
 
Aw, thanks guys :) And no Dee, you didn't ramble at all - I appreciate your wise words. Am feeling positive today. DD went well, 250kcal & even a bit of exercise.
