How do you get yourself into a steady pace? Mine seems to be dictated by what I'm listening to which can end up very badly!!!!!
That's exactly why I don't listen to music when running. I either run with nothing or listen to an audio book or podcasts.
I bought a garmin watch which tells me my average pace for that lap (1 mile) so I use that. I'm sure there are apps that do the same?!
