My leader has said to do fast forward for a week. So going to start tomo as I had already eaten. And now I brought wine to. Will only have a glass and start fast forward tomo. (got a feeling looking at it, its going to be starvation week)
But ill do my best to get through it. I may be a bit grumpy if I get to hungry though.
Also booked myself in for twinkle toes next week. (cost a fortune but husband said I deserve it and I'm worth it) toes will look lush for my holidays !
So chin up. Start again after my wine tonight what will be will be.

So I am still going to record what I have eaten today.
2 rocky road hi light bars
1 poppy seed cob with sliced beef and salad, grapes, banana and a big handful of tortilla crisps things.
Not sure for tea. But it will involve wine.
 
Had a bottle of red so done care now.
Although I have prepared for the following week. Prepared all meals so hopefully manage to stick to fast forward all week.
The week starts tomo once I wake. Which will be early because my beautiful girls are back to school.
 
Oooo sorry you're not too happy. I know the feeling and it sucks but at least it's not a gain (I know that doesn't really make you feel any better but...) :)

Fast forward is basically a week of starvation.
I am limited to what I can have. No syns and everything I have is classed as units, I am only allowed a limited menu. Even a apple is classed as 1 unit. Main meal is 8 units, lunch is 5 units. But it is really limited
I will let you know on my diary what I have.
Even my leader has only managed 4 days.
Thing is I get grumpy if I'm hungry. So we will see what happens. !

So pleased for you though x you do deserve it x

Don't worry about what the scales said/ just concentrate on the following week now x
 
Sounds hard! Don't deprive yourself love... I'd do success express if I was you- more SF will definitely boost your losses x
 
Wow fast forward sounds hard! Don't go hungry... It's not good for weight loss because your metabolism simply slows to compensate. I hope you enjoyed your wine though :)

0,5 is still a loss and is the best of three options at weigh in- be pleased! Xx

My leader is also doing it as she is away the same time.
I won't go hungry as I can't be hungry as I get grumpy.

So I will write my diary as normal so you can see what I am having.

Breakfast
2 weetabix with 200ml semi milk (5 units)
Banana (2 units)

Lunch with be
225g jacket potato filled with 75g of tuna in brine, 2 level tablespoons of sweetcorn with mixed salad leaves.(all of this is 5 units)

Tea with be
Chilli and rice. Made with 50g very lean minced beef, I small onion,2 heaped red kidney beans, chilli powder,paprika, 1 clove of garlic and 50g of rice also 110g Brussels. ( this will be 8 units)
Snack 1medium apple (1 unit)

Making 21 units for the day. (the leader works out your unit allowance depending on your weights.
 
Tbh I am not hungry. I was a bit this afternoon so I had tea early. But since having tea I'm fine.
Will give tomo a go again and try a few different meals.

Wow Rozie that is good. What makes it easier to get through the day. ? I keep thinking how good ill feel when I get on the scales on Wednesday. And we go on holiday on Thursday so its only for 6 days of my life.
Were you fasting for ramadam?

That's right :) for Ramadhaan.


Just keep yourself busy- and thinking.. It's only for 1 month of the year.. And you get to eat at the end of the day...

6 days will fly by! Stay strong x

So I'm adding todays food diary.

2 slices of nimble bread toasted (2 units)
With
110g of baked beans (2 units)
Also with this plan you have to drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day. I do drink more that this anyway so not recording that.
Not sure what to do for lunch yet as we need to go food shopping later. With update x
Lunch had same as breakfast as this has filled me up. I could of gone without anything until tea but I thought I better have something. (4 units) and a medium apple (1 unit)
So for tea I had a light choice braising steak and mash with Brussels (the meal is 350 cals) a ready meal on this plan has to be 350 cals or under. (8 units)
Also had fat free yog (1 unit)
Medium banana (2 units) also can have another apple in this plan if I feel like it later.
Today I have had 21 units, not been hungry at all today.
Quite enjoyed it.

I have done one case full of ironing. I need to put it in the case tomo. Then start on another case full to iron.

Did you just have 1 week of small losses? Bit odd to have you on FF so soon if so!!
