So food diary today ee
He/a 200ml milk (made mash, and peppercorn sauce with)

He/b

Lunch.
Steak, Mushy peas,mash.
Peppercorn sauce (2 syns)

2 pieces of toblerone. 13.5 syns
Some pork of some ribs (just meat no fat)

No more syns today.

I have tried one and they are nice. Also cut some melon up and put it in the fridge for breakfast. I like it when its been in the fridge.
Think tomorrow is a red day. I seem to get better losses when I do mostly red days.
Off to read my book. X catch up tomorrow.

Breakfast is
He/a 200ml milk
He/b 2 Weetibix
He/a 30g cheese
He/b wholemeal cob
Honeydew melon
And one of those egg muffins I made yesterday. 2 bites and it was gone.
Not sure what we are having today, I need a coffee 1st !! Lol.

Was it soup you made yourself? I need to make some kind of soup, freeze it, then when I fancy it I have it. Might look at chicken soup and tomato soup. That's my little task later before I do my shopping list for tomorrow.
 
Been so good today. Resisted pizza, cake,chocolate
So sat eating my my oven baked meatballs from my sw book.
Also ate 3 kiwis trying to curb my willpower dip. (I won!!)
My leader says to try and use at least 5 syns a day as your body needs that. So I still have my syns to use as I have only had a bit of salad cream today. Will eat this then have a little snack later.!
Hot chocolate (2) cereal bar (3)
6 syns today.

Morning ladies.! Another red day for me.
Going to take girls to school then decide what to do for breakfast. Today is shop day so I haven't got a lot of choice. !
 
Feel good today. Got my new size 14 jeans on and a top I brought last year in the sale that was to tight. And it fits quite loss today.!
So proud of myself today I can see how far I have come.!
