Yea we said the same about the mags nothing is really explained well at all on the meals and deserts theres no syn values, I get they are trying to say look what you can eat but everyone needs to know theres restrictions too, Hope you have a fab day xx
 
There is an article on the sw website giving the syns which when I saw it I thought was funny but makes a bit more sense if there aren't any syn values in the booklets!

I just worked it out for myself. But thankyou OMG bang bang chicken is one of my favourite meals. I'd have it again today but want to have 2 red days before weigh in.

Well Jane. Lol its a workout dvd. The woman Gillian Michaels who does it was one of the trainers from Australia's the biggest loser. It is a workout for 20 minutes that's it.
3 levels of 3 minutes of strength. 2 minutes of cardiovascular and 1 minute of abs. But it is brutal and hard work.
Have a look on you tube to see if you can see a bit of it.
The dvd is only a fiver from amazon. X x

You could. But It's the noodles I like lol I but it would be worth a try, I hadn't thought about that :)
Been out to the shops and I have some fish for today's tea. Might do morrocan fish. Brought some pineapple to. Two for two pound. !
 
I love noodles but they bloat me really badly :( definitely a treat not near wi! I've just had the Caribbean fish stew was delicious again. Had a sleep but feeling pretty crap still it comes in waves and lunch has brought on a v bad period. Got another miss marple on as comfort tv I have seen them all before but washes over me and can doze off without missing anything!

I would do the chicken and sauce and do it on a salad instead of with veg and noddles I think :)

Thanks AB will have a look at it, I'm into sport active 2, doing a nine week workout on med-hard and 30min aerobics everyday. xx

Mine was a fiver from amazon too.
I have had mine for about 3 years. It comes out, I do it for a few weeks, then it goes back in the cupboard. Lol
Do you have little hand weights as you will need them for some of the workout.

Yes I have hand weights only used about 5 times in 2 years lol. what level are you on AB. x
