Its a way of dividing your weeklies to try and boost metabolism x

The way it would work is that you use all your standard Daily PPoints as usual but distribute the Weeklies as per below:

Day 1 +2
Day 2 +8
Day 3 +3
Day 4 +18
Day 5 +2
Day 6 +9
Day 7 +7

Hollie you switch the days to suit your weigh.. ie.. if you weigh in on say a wednesday evening, your day 1 would be Thursday.. So the BIG day doesn't fall the day of/before WI...

Frances hit the nail on the head. My 18pp day was yesterday because I weigh in on saturdays. Sure give it a go sometime just to see if it jolts your weight loss

Sigh. Soooo long to the next bank holiday too lol. I live for the weekends and I gotta go bridesmaid dress shopping on saturday... Not looking forward to that. I look odd in dresses and I'm a weird shape.

Ohh bridesmaid dress shopping. Enjoy it sweetie, it makes you feel like a princess hehe. I need to get mine altered soon, they had to add material to the bottom of mine because I'm too tall, then take some from my sisters because its too long hehe, and I've lost about 7lb since I got the last fitting so it should fit perfectly now. I can't wait, I'll be nervous but its my last chance at getting a make over lol x

I'm not much of a dress wearer no. I just have quite broad shoulders and big arms so I can't imagine wearing something that doesn't have sleeves lol!! My sister hasn't a clue, she keeps changing her mind all the time lol x

I'm dreading it to be honest. I'm of the mind that we'll not find anything that looks nice on me ya know? What kinda dress is yours gonna be hon? Sniff... I need at least another stone off before this malta wedding I think xx

I'm not allowed to write it down or utter any kind of hint as to what this dress looks like hehe, I might put a picture of me in it on my facebook page after the wedding if I'm feeling brave hehe.

Honest to god hon... I DO have big arms. Its one if those areas that's always been big on me even when I was slim if you know what I mean? I'll even measure them later to prove to you how big they are!! I dunno how to make my arms like slim lol.

Oooh not allowed? Is it a secret? I'd love to see a piccie after the wedding anyways!? I have no idea what the hell I'll be wearing but I'll let you know when I know hehe x

Don't let it ruin your day.. its supposed to be a fun day to remember not one to panic and dread...

She'd absolutely go mental if I told hey I wanted to just be a guest. She'd be really offended (she's just like that, she doesn't understand how I feel about these things).
