Welcome Bróna hon, I would recommend the meatball bake - really filling!! :) thanks, I'm not holding out for a loss but can hope for STS. Nervous about 5k next saturday lol, how you getting on lately? X

Thanks hon, I was so elated when I finished 5k on saturday so even more determined that I can do it on the day. Going out running again tomorrow evening :) x

Slightly disastrous day. My.mum made me feel so bad about taking my meds that I stopped & didn't take my xanax - not a good idea. Ended up having a meltdown and OH being lovely took me to dinner and movie. He's a sweetheart and been very understanding lately x

Todays diary 8th feb

Brekkie:
Banana
Pancake w. Jam -4pp

Snack:
2 cadbury rich tea -3pp

Lunch:
Scone w. Jam and flora light -12pp

Snack:
Medley bar -4pp

Dinner (out):
Sirloin steak with a lil gratin potato -23pp??
Cheesecake (couldn't finish lol) -9pp?
Half small popcorn -4pp?

What do we think? Have I underpointed anything do you think? That's pretty much my weeklies wiped out (4 left) but I'm alright with that. Try to have a good day tomorrow and get another run in too. X

I think maybe under on cheesecake but over on scone so sure u are fine ;) glad ur oh is being a sweetie. Ur mum is not being very helpful :( big hugs! Do what u think is best chick!

Thanks for the support. Trying to be good day. OH put choccie in my face and I persisted... For now.

I had a bagel with just plain chicken for lunch in a cafe. I ate half of it. What do we reckon, 7-8pp? More?

A sesame seed bagel from bagel factory is (was, last time i looked) 7pp's, so if you only ate half, 3pp... Maybe 2 for the chicken??

It was a sesame seed one. I thought it might be about 8pp so halved and put 3 for chicken? Maybe I'll change to 2 for chicken then. OH fancied a bagel lol! He's a bad influence on this WW diet :p

Girls I'm convinced my OH is a chubby chaser. He shoves chocolate in my face everyday and convinced me to have a kfc tonight AND miss my run. This week has been desperate eating-wise. Feeling shameful about that but I'm admitting on here and think I need to chat to my fella about the food situation. I love spending time with him but always seems to result in unhealthy eating. Will do a run tomorrow and another saturday morning (my favourite running day because I get to do it in day time)

Half a chicken bagel from cafe -6pp

That's 33pp. Disaster, was going to stick to 29 today and do a run but all fecked up!!! :'(

Mayb he not a feeder, mayb he just thinks u deserve a treat, with all ur stress? Im sure he means well.
My hubby enjoys dieting n the gym but sometimes he gets fed up himself n we end up having a lil treat then he gets bak into it, apart from last two wks as he had an awful cold n we not gym for 2 wks oops x ;-)
 
I do think he's trying to be nice.. BUT.. (and I mean this as nicely as possible coz I really do think he thinks he treating you) its always something HE fancies.. Like HE wanted to go for a bagel, HE wanted to go for KFC, HE wanted pizza... But they're not treats if the end result is you're angry with yourself for having it...
Maybe sit him down n tell him you're tryna work really hard n so close to goal that you don't want to eat in them places as often.. Maybe try a nice but relaxed restaurant where he can have his something naughty (and u have can have a lickly taster :D) n u can have something delish but healthy.. And maybe cut "them" diners to once a fortnight or so...
Its hard to word it tho as sometimes it can sound ungrateful so stress that you appreciate him being so nice n treating you, but you'd prefer it in another way.. (If that's what you're saying you want obv!)
I had to have this chat with my girls.. (Me n Jono don't do eating out unless I insist on it and I prefer not to as it wastes my PP's and I eat out more than enough with my girls)
But.. more importantly.. What did you have? I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE KFC :)
 
Yeah see I'm afraid he'll take it the wrong way and go completely the opposite and we end up never going anywhere. Think I need more willpower anyway :( I should be able to say no or choose more wisely.

I had "dippin strips" which are the mini fillets with dips at side. I had 2 of those with bbq dip and fries. Was naughty but very yum!! X

I love the boneless banquet, that's what I usually get but decided to just have the mini fillets as I love them! 3pp each I think? Wasn't really sure about the pp of it. X

No idea tbh hun. Defo not as bad as a boneless banquet :)
 
Think my body loves being 11st 1.5 because that's where I keep ending up. +2lb this week. Suppose I deserved it after eating out a couple times etc. I'm just a bit bored of all this. I haven't gotten anywhere with my weight since before christmas because it comes off and goes on. Fed up really. Weight comes off in half a pound here and there but goes on like this? Sigh. I dunno what to do really. Feel like packing it in, just fed up with it I guess. Think of it this way - it'll take a month to get this gain off but only one week to put it right back on!!
