Hi there
Thought a wee diary might help me be good :)
I have bounced from diet to diet trying to lose my baby bump lol! I was successful with Atkins but could never stick to it :( I am hoping to put an end to quick fix searching and actually change my habits :)
this forum seems so friendly and supportive :) I have problems with anxiety and nerves so even writing on a forum like this is a big thing for me and my weird wee head lol!
So anyway this way my first dd any advice is greatly appreciated :))

Ww tomato soup
2 slices Danish bread
Half a bag tesco lighter choice tortilla chips
Meringue nest
Strawberries
Pepsi max and water :)
 
Hi, Don't be worried, this is a great group, friendly & supportive. I'm sure your first DD will be fine!. To be honest it really dosn't matter what you eat to make up your DD calories as long as it suits you. Every body has different ways of doing it! I don't think there is a right or wrong way! There are lots of suggestions on the Food ideas section. Good Luck!!
 
Thanks for the reply :) It is feeling strange this morning!! Had some toast and felt guilty lol! Have to keep reminding myself that food is not my enemy! X
 
Agree, I used to feel guilty eating on UD's in the beginning but now I am getting used to it and I'm finding as the weeks go on I am obsessing much less about food, which has to be good. I am also now only weighing myself once a week not twice a day!!:)
 
I look forward to being like that :) my hubby and I have agreed to only step on the scales on Thursday morning lol! He has hidden the scales so I don't obsess!! He is trying to gain 2 stone so it's strange at mealtimes in this house! Lol! Have enjoyed a few wee cheese and pickle rolls for lunch! Heaven :)) x
 
Second dd and I think something might be wrong with me cos I am enjoying it lol! Sitting munching on some sugar snap peas :) I am totally amazed by this diet and I am really hoping the scales make me happy too :) leaving my first weigh in till next Thursday to give it a good chance :) x
 
Thats a good idea i leaving my first weigh till a month in so i dont freak and give up as some havesaid takes a while for you body to get used to the change. Well done on ur second successful down day u'll find they just keep getting easier and i dont restrict or calorie count at all on an Up day so every down day feels like a nice little break.
 
I am gonna try not to calorie count tomorrow but I am worried that I might eat too much lol! A month is a great time to wait before getting on the scales! I dont think I could wait I am too nosey lol! I did good dd today even managed to squeeze a ice pop and meringue :) ud tomorrow woo hoo!
 
Mmmm now I have a dilemma! Fri is supposed to be my dd but I have been invited out for dinner :( thinking about switch dd to Sunday!? Means I will be attempting a double dd sun and mon eeeekkk! I hardly ever get a sitter so a child free meal out is not possible most of the time!!!
Had a bit of a naughty lunch today cos my hubby kept me some of the pizza he had last night and I am a cold pizza addict lol! Will try to have a healthy dinner tonight!! X
 
Oh my goodness my ud got out of control :( lol! Went out on fri ate and drank like crazy then hangover day today with chocolate and lots of White bread :( oh dear :(
Well getting ready to throw myself into double dd and hopefully get some damage limitation done. I did have great night though :)
 
Totally messed up today :( feeling crap so ate crap :( I really need to get back in control :( I know I need to learn not to eat just because I am a bit down!!! Trying not to make myself feel to bad about it or I will just eat loads tomorrow cos I am down!!! Need to break the cycle x
 
Start again tomorrow with a DD. plan tonight what you are allowing yourself to eat & drink and then stick to it. Don't be tempted to change anything you have planned & don't add anything extra. That way you are not tempted. Sometimes you just have to say no to yourself. God knows I'm the worlds worst at that, but my DD's I really do stick to it because I don't give myself any choice/s. Good Luck, you can do it.
 
Aw thanks ladies :) I have took your advice and made myself a little plan for tomorrow! I am gonna kick that dds butt lol! Getting an early night after x factor :) x
 
Total on track today :) woo hoo! Feeling better already :) sticking to my plan and got some walking done! Annoyed with myself about yesterday cos this is not a hard diet at all! Keeping my positive head on :)
 
Right finished eating for the day lol! Managed to stay under 500 woo hoo! Had a mini sausage roll and slice of chicken for lunch. Tomato soup, slice bread and lighter choice crisps for dinner. Also managed to squeeze in a teeny yogurt, sliced plum and strawberries mmmm lol! Looking forward to pork chop and potato bake for dinner tomorrow :) x
 
Well done for getting back on track. Thats the beauty of this plan, you only have to be good for 24hrs...its easy if you do it one day at a time. Just finishing my own DD, quite pleased I've been as good as I hoped i would!! Enjoy the chops tomorrow
