Hows it going? Enjoying your UD or are you on another DD like me? I'm playing on the laptop to keep me out of the kitchen, had all my food for today LOL!!
 
I completed a good dd yesterday :) How did yours go Jilly? Did the computer distract you enough? I really enjoyed my dinner yesterday and it was only a wee ready meal lol! A chicken tikka curry with rice from the co op! My hubby was out and I really can not cook :( lol! Enjoyed a yummy sausage sandwich for lunch woo hoo xxx
 
Yes computer kept me happy LOL!! Enjoyed a yummy UD today that included Avocado & prawns, bread & ice cream...DD again tomorrow then a nice weekend off..but hopefully sticking to ID's if I can.
 
mmmm ice cream lol! I am jealous about the prawns cos I really wanna like prawns cos they look great but I dont :( lol! I am gonna try to be very good this weekend! Just done my dd today and planning a wee id tomorrow and ud on Sunday! I struggled a bit today cos the little ones were off school and there was a lot of treats flying about!!! Managed to stick to my 500 though :) I am currently using your little stay on the computer trick to avoid the haribo in my cupboard!!!! x
 
Well done on sticking to your DD really hard with all the sweets about. I try really hard not to raid the boys sweet tub lol

Right I am about to do double dd cos today ended up an id due to a wee bit of a hangover lol! Hubby reckons I can't do a double but I am feeling positive (ish) lol!
Been eyeing up a pair of jeans I would like to wear next weekend which were a bit snug before starting juddd so fingers crossed!!! I have a memorial bonfire to go to for my friend I lost 4 years ago :( it would have been his 25th bday this weekend coming :( there will be a good party in his memory so I would like to look nice :) xxx
 
I am gonna give it a wee try but if I can't manage I won't be too tough on myself :) today has not been bad so far so will see what tomorrow bring :) x
 
First dd of my double done :) slightly over 523 but not too bad considering I grabbed a prepackaged salad from tesco for lunch and had a huge salad for dinner :) both very yummy and filling :)
Already planning for tomorrow! Huge salads for dinner seem to be a good plan! Enjoyed filling up on veggies today! Pea pods for snacking on :) bring on second dd! Xxx

How's it going Baby...don't think I could do a double DD, I usually feel quite hungry on the day following an DD. Make sure you eat well tomorrow if you do complete two DD's otherwise your loss is more likely to stall than increase!
 
Managing ok today :) I think the thought of ud tomorrow is keeping me going :) actually have loads of energy today which is weird cos I thought I would struggle! Only had pea pods and a hot chocolate today so looking forward to diner :) x
 
My lovely hubby just brought me in a bag of skips cos he noticed they are only 119 cal for a big bag! I am turning him into a label checker!!! X
 
Couldn't resist trying them on and ...... They fit!!!!!!! :) I love juddd!!!! Last time they fitted was before Christmas after a torturous month on Atkins! Xxx
