back after break

Well have been missing for a while and this was not by choice. Had to take a break for the last week due to an inner ear infection and was in agony.:cry:
Doctor put me on medication which had to be taken with a full stomach.......:break_diet:
Good news didnt put on weight
Bad news didnt lose and have to start again which is bloody hard - failed today so doing it tomorrow as I am going looking for my wedding dress on tuesday and would love to lose another 4lbs by then......so wish me luck and send all those positive vibes my way please

Have 10 weeks to my wedding - but might as well say 8 as I have to refeed before my hen then back on and refeed the week before my wedding. Really want to lose another stone and a half .......
