Back again with 11.5lbs to go

This is possibly my 4th/5th diary, not sure yet...I get bored of eating plans really quickly :( but I am determined to shift this last 11.5lbs, I am graduating from my law degree in July and really want to be nice and slim.

Started back on WW on Monday, I will be weighing in on Thursdays so only had 4 days but today I am 2lbs down already :) and I did use almost all my weeklies in that time as well so I'm pretty pleased!

Today's food - the app is telling me I should be eating 28pp a day, not sure if that's just because I'm tall or not as I'm not overweight, but I usually aim for about 26pp anyway!

Breakfast - 8pp
2 x Warburtons crumpets (5pp)
7g clover (1pp)
200ml Copella smooth orange juice (2pp)
1 x pear (0pp)
Coffee (0pp)

Lunch - 4pp
2 cups green tea (0pp)
1 x Kingsmill wholemeal bread slice (2pp)
14g peanut butter (2pp)
Banana (0pp)
Tin of fruit cocktail, drained and rinsed (0pp)

Snack - 3pp
Lindt bunny paw chocolate (3pp)

Dinner - 9pp
Chicken and bacon pasta (7pp)
Munchbunch yogurt (2pp)

Snack - 6pp

Minstrels (6pp)


Really trying to pack the fruit in as I think it makes a big difference, when I've eaten lunch I'll have had 5 portions :) so should try to get some veg into my dinner really but much prefer fruit (as is probably evident from my username haha)

Ended up using 2 weeklies already, v. tired and stressed about all my assignments so not feeling great :( not too bad though. Probably won't use any tomorrow anyway. Need to get more sleep, being tired makes me crave junk and carbs!

Smoothie made with orange juice (2pp), frozen raspberries (0pp), banana (0pp)
Cup of caramelised apple green tea (0pp) - not my favourite of the new Twinings ones, I prefer the gingerbread but ran out. Prefer this one to the salted caramel though, thought that would be my favourite but it's horrid!

Snack - 0pp

Pear (0pp), coffee (0pp)

Lunch - 11pp
Wholemeal pitta bread (4pp), 59g houmous (4pp)
Nakd cocoa delight bar (3pp)

Snack - 3pp
Apple (0pp), 20g peanut butter (3pp)

Going to my boyfriend's house tonight so going to eat lots of fruit through the day and have a bigger meal before I go, with some points saved for treats.

well other half wants a curry tonight! so im thinkin about having the weekend off, no point drinkin them, wastin them and having a crap meal! so get easter weekend out way n il finish rest next week, ready to go back to work the following week and hit propoints again :)
id say they work tho!! in 3 days ive noticed my tummys got smaller and im not very hungry at all

Curry is the best take away! Sounds like a good plan :) Wow I'm definitely tempted to get some, will have to wait until next Friday. It must make the planning of meals so much easier to know you're just having a shake instead as well :)

yeah i chose to do it this week/next week as i work in a school n im off
for 2 weeks, so keeping myself busy etc.. id find it much harder sittin in staffroom for a whole hour watchin everyone eat n me with my shake! lol so seemed a good time to kick start my bum into gear again!!

Don't blame you, I'd be exactly the same! It's bad enough eating healthily when people around are eating crisps, chocolate etc :'(

Not in a good mood, had the BF snoring loudly in my ear all night so am stupidly tired! Didn't get home until 3pm either so all my meals are mucked up :(

Didn't realise how little pp I ate yesterday, this is the problem I always find on WW...sometimes I end up not eating enough at all, I logged my calories into MFP just for a look and I was barely over 1,000! Might try to persuade everyone to get a take away night so I can use some weeklies!

[e] Yep, persuaded my Mumma to buy us Maccies :D won 6 chicken nuggets on my meal too!
Did a 45 minute walk, 4km. Not much but better than sitting on my bum for that time, and my Runkeeper app says I burnt 225 calories :) that's my chips gone then! Shame about the snacks...thank god for weeklies :eek:

Hiya :) do you have a diary I can follow?

Well today was pretty bad seeing as it's Easter but I didn't eat a whole egg or anything. Didn't really track after what I posted ^^ hopefully wasn't that bad and will say all my weeklies are wiped out now. Will carry on with dailies maybe drop them down to 26 instead of 28 and hope for a STS on Thursday :(
 
Yep.. its called 'Stone to go' I got to target a few months ago but put a stone on when I became pregnant, sadly miscarried, so trying to get it back off again.

Try not to worry too much about yesterday, just get back on track today :) Easter is my weakness! I love chocolate more than real food lol.. which is crazy cause I re-started ww yesterday :O

I will have a look for it in a min :) oh I'm so sorry to hear that you poor thing :( my scales are showing a 1.5lb gain so far, my stomach is a bit funny as well. Always seems to be when I start WW, never sure whether to persevere or go back to SW but WW is more flexible so will carry on for now

We have a roast dinner and apple crumble later, not sure if I want to have it and then just eat loads of fruit and veg until Thursday and not many points...or just avoid the roast. I never get one as I'm at uni for weeks at a time, so would be nice, but also don't wanna do any extra damage :(
