I wish I knew I just keep getting shooting pains I'm hoping it's just trapped wind and will ease once I start walking around at work. Xx

I've had IBS before and it doesn't feel like that it's more a coming and going stabbing pain in the middle of my back but over to one side it's awful I've got through nearly 2 litres of water day as I'm worried it could be my kidneys :-( xx

I went to my local spar shop and they didn't have cauliflower cheese so I got a bag of cauliflower and a tub of cheese sauce meant for pasta I think but is yum!! Xx

I HAVE to have cauliflower cheese with my roast!
Roasties done with fry light I do them that way even when not dieting because they come out so good!!
Also I added gravy after the pic I didn't eat it dry lol
