Well after getting on and off the scales 3 times and making hubby triple check, I've lost 3LB this week!!!!!

Yup 7lb in 2 weeks or 12lb in 5 weeks.
I've been feeling really bloated the last couple of days and sure it would show on the scales. I'm super happy and when I look back at everything I've eaten this week it's unreal really!!
I've lost a PP a day now down to 45pp

I wouldn't be doing this without all the support I get off minimins and especially the support I get off you Serena so thankyou xx
