Back on Sole Source

I have restarted Sole Source on Cambridge with my counseller Pam and she suggested I get back on here as I am not the best for using my willpower!
I am 19.4 at mo and want to get down to 16 for Summer!
Any help would be great, I am a 26 year old mother of 3 from Dorset, I am 5'8 and feeling like a fat bloater!

hey there... welcome back.... there are loads of us restarting this week... me today!!!

i have to say felt like a balloon for the past few days... but after the morning ss'ing feel better already!!!

Good luck on the restart. We can do this and be slimmer for summer. I'm on day 2 and although it's hard I know it's worth it after losing 2 1/2 stone last year with CD.

Well I started week three today and in the first two weeks I have gone from 19st 12 to 18st 9
