So this week I've managed two workouts, plenty of water each day and one day off plan (planned) but even then, I didn't have pudding when I was tempted... I had 5 thirds of beer (but husband finished 3 of them) and ham hock with chips. Hoping as the rest of the week I've been on plan I can still pull off a loss as I want this weight off sooner rather than later.... Too many nice outfits that I want to be able to wear
